Great effort, but i can't tell the difference as this is my first visit to your blog, i read some stuff, it looks OK, i like the word Brainy, i like the labels(i suggest you merge some of them), i like the front picture too, i didn't like 3 things:
1)The featured posts are a bit flashy, i really turned them off immediately, its a great picture with a great view, why miss it up?
2)I can only suggest, as I'm no pro in AdSense, but the ones appearing to the left needs to find another place.
3)I normally hate the no quote rule in websites, unless its extremely necessary, whats wrong with proper decent quoting?

I like the new look and feel Rani, if only you can rid of those silly ads.
The new design is really very cool. But i think you should use bullets and list in your post and also use videos and pictures to make the post more interesting.
