I have been on the Fletcherism diet for 4 months and have lost 41 pounds. I chew eat bite 32 times and eat Lunch and supper only and have a mid afternoon snack about 3 pm and another one at 8:30 at night. Be sure to chew eat bite at least 32 times. You will eat about 20-30 minutes and feel totally full and are eating a lot less calories by eating less food and you feel totally satisfied. Read Horace Fletcher’s book in Google books called: Fletcherism, How I Became Young at Sixty.

Have you ever tried any natural weight loss teas? My sister has had great results from drinking a die tea called WuYi. She lost 13 pounds in one month. It's worth a shot. Keep your head up and think positive. I'm sure you can reach your goal :)

That's really funny and EXTREMELY tempting, but somehow I don't think that staring at those mouth-watering photos is gonna help anyone lose an ounce of weight (unless they sit there all day staring at it and never get up to eat).

I used to be fat, but I started shitting in a bowl. I weight my shit. Then I take half of it out the bowl, mix it with Cocoa powder. Bake it for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool or put it in a freezer bag and put it in the fridge. When you get hungry or feel weak, eat it. I know it sounds gross, but it has your own active cultures in it. So when it goes through you again, it will burn fat off your body just by eating it. I lost 15 lbs in just 13 days. I eat a big lunch, but always eat this for dinner.
